Actual books don’t need a reset button. :))

My sister had a big scare last night when her Kindle suddenly froze and everything went blank. I thought she got a defective one but a call to Amazon (wow, they actually called my sister) immediately resolved the problem. All they did was reset the Kindle and it came back. Amazing service, eh? For hours, I really thought the world crashed on her. It does create a feeling of vulnerability that a whole book collection could get wiped out but Amazon’s service is just amazing. Those guys deserve a medal for real quality service. A lot of specialized books though are still not available in Kindle. I wish they have Thomas Mann and Zygmunt Bauman’s books in Kindle version already.
